This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used.

What you share

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and viewing date, your message, and the property you ask about. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial details, or other sensitive information through the form.

How it is used

The Gary Home team uses your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a viewing, and discuss your property search. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Online enquiries are stored using Supabase. Authorized team members can review them; signed-in customers can also see their own requests and team updates.

Feedback and help records

Feedback submissions include your name, email, rating, message and optional property reference. They are private until you give publication permission and staff approve them. Approved reviews show only your name, rating, message, optional property and the team’s reply; your email is never public. Signed-in customers can withdraw their feedback and its published copy in their account.

Property assistance records include your contact details, property, helper’s name, communication channel, location, date, optional time and notes. Owners, admins and managers use them to verify who provided the help and record commission attribution. Internal verification notes and staff credit assignments stay private to those roles. Submission does not itself confirm a commission or payment. You can ask the team to correct or delete a record.

Landlord introductions & files

Property owners can share a rental address, property details, asking rent, contact information and up to six photos or PDF plans. These files and internal review notes are private to authorized staff. A signed-in owner also receives a linked enquiry in their customer account. Staff can create an unpublished draft after review; attachments are never published automatically. Unlinked uploads older than 24 hours can be removed during submission or admin maintenance. Contact us to correct or delete your introduction.

Your customer account

Account registration and sign-in use Supabase Auth. You can choose to save your name, phone number, neighbourhood, budget, move-in date and housing preferences. Only you and authorized team members can read your profile and linked requests. Internal customer notes and follow-up dates are visible only to the team. Signing up with an email does not automatically link requests sent earlier as a guest.

Saved homes and preview data

Guest saved homes, your language preference, and CMS preview changes are kept in your browser’s local storage. When signed in, your saved homes are stored privately in your Supabase account and available across devices. Your sign-in session is kept in this browser so you can stay signed in. If this site says it is in preview mode, enquiry forms also save only on this device and are not sent to Gary Home. You can remove local data through your browser’s site-data settings.

Questions or deletion requests

To request deletion of your Gary Home account and related customer data, include the email linked to your account and use the subject Gary Home data deletion. The team may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing your request.

External map links open a separate provider, whose privacy practices apply on its website.
